Mismatched eyes blinked as he awakened to see what he believed familiar blue eyes staring back in shock. His mouth moved to form a greeting but stopped feeling something off. Where was he? "Hey, can you hear us?" asked a female voice next to him. "My name is Alicia Winchester," she continued. "Can you understand me?" Shane blinked again.

"Jean?" he asked hoping his friend would magically pop up and explain what just happened. The last thing he remembered was taking off on the flight mission with his friend at the base. "Jean?" questioned the blonde that stood over him confused. "Who's Jean?" Alicia shot Chester a glare before trying to communicate with the strange boy that still was laid out on the deck of their ship. "What's your name?" she asked him noticing his mismatched eyes. Black and green looked into her brown confused and tired.

"I'm Second Lt. Shane Theorem," replied the mechanic still in a daze before he sat up quickly shouting," Jean where are you?" Bits of a dream flashed through the brunette's mind making him dizzy. "There's no Jean here," spoke Chester getting annoyed. "Now how did you get here?" Mismatched eyes dazed with confusion. What's going on?

"What do you mean? Who are you people?" asked Shane not understanding the situation. What happened to Jean? Where was the plane? "I'm sure you are very confused and scared right now," spoke Alicia gently to the soldier," and you probably won't believe me but once again my name is Alicia Winchester and these people and I are looking for someone. His name is Allen, though I doubt you would know him, you see, we kinda found you falling from the sky with this black substance covering you."

Shane didn't believe her. He looked down at his clothes and froze. Black ooze covered his now torn up uniform and lower body. Mismatched eyes couldn't look away as bits and pieces of the accident became clear. Shane suddenly saw himself in the plane with Jean shocked at something. There was shouting before blackness consumed the memory.

"Whaa," the soldier breathed holding his head. It all started to hurt pushing him back into unconscious. Alicia caught him as he fell back and looked at Chester in concern. Whatever this boy had been through was not what they had expected. Brown eyes looked out back at the sea and she decided to head back. The ship started off on a route back to the mainland of Florida. Chester also watched over their new visitor on the way suspicious.

Green and black eyes opened to the sight of a small room like one of the barracks he once stayed in during the war. Shane sat up and stretched now feeling better and refreshed. What happened still bothered his soul, though. The accident escaped his memory and finding himself suddenly on a ship in the middle of nowhere didn't help. When the room moved, Shane tensed. It seemed the boat was moving somewhere, making the soldier jump up and notice he wore different clothes.

These clothes seemed weird and unfashionable to him. He wore a black t-shirt with the words 'eye candy' and a picture of a candy on it. Sweatpants adorned his lower body and there were no shoes present. "What the…," Shane gasped and ran out of the room to the upper deck demanding answers.

He found Alicia in an office room on the top deck and she seemed surprised to see him up. "What the hell is this?" the soldier demanded pointing to his clothes. "Where is my uniform and tags? Where are you taking me?" Shane interregated before another man entered the room. This man was older and showed it with his gray beard but held a strong body. "Hey, your noisy. Hold down the volume, alien," snapped the man as he sat down in an office chair. "We had to take your clothes to another room for testing. You should be thankful, that goop was really hard to get off ya."

Shane's cheeks turned red in embarrassment but he apologized sincerely. "It's alright," played off the blue haired girl with a smile. "I can understand. It must be strange for you, Mr. Theorem." The brunette shook his head and spoke," I'll live, Miss, and please just call me Shane. I'm not married yet." A blue eyebrow rose surprised. "Oh?" she asked curious.

Shane chuckled sitting down in another chair by the giant office meeting table that obtained the middle of the room. "Right, nothing you need to worry about, Miss," excused Shane before he asked," Where is this vessel headed?" Alicia blinked and replied," We're going back to June, FL."
