My Savior

Chapter 1

Bold and Beautiful

Every year, a girl named Kit would receive any thing she desired. She was a very spoiled little girl. She had many friends that envied her. This year would change her in many ways. She was now ten years old. She would dress her male cat, Mica, in her very own hand made clothes. Her girl cat, Fifi would be dressed each and every day in different dress she had made. Holidays were crazy for Mica and Fifi. She made them her special recipe foods, Witch were piles of meat and sauce that smelt so bad, that she added some seasoning to block away the odor. The cats loved it. Kit's favorite holidays were Easter, Halloween, and especially Christmas because she got anything she wanted. Kit spent all her time around the cats. She dressed, feed and groomed them every day after school. Christmas was the time she could pick out any present she wanted and it didn't matter the cost or amount of presents she wanted. She had it all! On her thirteen birthday, her parents were invited to a party and let her have all her friends over for her very own party. That seemed fair to them both. Even though, it was a mess afterward, her parents didn't mind.

Chapter 2

A Change of Event's

Then, one year, her dad was sick and her mom was tending to him more than her, now. This, she didn't like, so she decided to grab attention by breaking stuff around the house. Eventually, her mom hired a nanny and boy did Kit hate this much more. Then, one day at school a teacher pulled her aside and took her towards the front of the school doors. When Kit looked up, her mom was sobbing so heavily that she couldn't even tell her to get in the car, so her mom pointed to the back seat. Once she was in the car, she knew something must be wrong. They started off to get on the expressway and as kit watched her mother's expressions, she couldn't help but to ask questions. No answers came out though. Then Kit poked her head to the car doors window. See saw that they were pulling up at a hospital.

Chapter 3

Born Again

Soon the two of them waltz in together with tears steaming down their faces. When the doctor walked out, he had his head down and looked with a frown. Kit ran to see her dad, but her mother held her back. Kit tried to break free, but could not, so she gave up and sat on the cold hospitals tiled floors. Then she clung to her mom crying and thinking of how she treated him. Well, it was also about ignoring that she had a dad. Days, weeks, and now Christmas was on its way and her mom hadn't seen a day outside of the house. Soon, it was snowing all around the house. Even the deck looked as if it was going to be covered as well. Kit felt sad, but not as sad has her mom. She started caring for her mother the way she did her cat's mica and fifi. Kit didn't care for any presents that year. After a while, her mom was back on feet and going back to work too. She thanked Kit by offering her choice of presents for Christmas , but all kit wanted was see her mother happy and wished she could turn back time so that she could change her ways of life. Now, was her chance to do just that?

Chapter 4

Positive and Devoted

After a few more years, her mom noticed her strange way of her life now and thought of all the things they offered her. This was her way of thanking her parents. Kit had now turned old enough to work was planning the money she received for college. She decided to become a nurse so she in return could help people, just as the doctor had tried to save her father. She also tried to think of what her mom would like for her birthday. She soon managed to afford a car and planed to go to a near by college so that she be near to her mom. Although, it was it was only a few weeks before her mom's birthday, kit had nothing in mind. When Kit's mom came home after a long day at work, Kit had prepared the party that hopefully would please her mom. She and her friends joined together to prepare the snacks. Then they sat a cake that Kit fixed herself out on a table right near the front door. Just has they hid, her mom walked in the door.

Chapter 5

Surprise

Noticing the cake, her mom just stood there waiting for the surprise party that they had obviously planned for her. Then Kit and all of her friends jumped out of hiding while shouting happy birthday and they all threw confetti in the air. The party was a little different than those of adult parties. That didn't seem to matter to her mom. Things seemed to be back to normal. As Kit went off for collage, she promised to visit her mom every holiday and in return, her mom promised to look after Mica and Fifi. Easter came and Kit headed towards home as promised. Thanksgiving was great too. They were very appreciative to have each other. Christmas brake came and both had off fore her mother was a teacher and while kit drove home, she thought of all thing nice things she could get mom for Christmas. Kit and her mother did every thing together during the break. With just one week left, Mica and Fifi had had a litter of kittens under the stairs and Kit and her mom had not noticed this special event. By early morning, Kit and her mother came running down the stairs to the sounds from Mica and Fifi's cries. When they found the two cats and came closer, they found three little kittens. One problem was that on only one was alive. They looked at each other, then back at the cats. Kit knew the perfect name for this little one. Trevor. That was the name of kits father.

Chapter 4

Lost and Found

Then Kit and her mom noticed that Fifi and Mica had gone missing. Both kit and her mom searched the house as well as the yard. Days went by and there was no sign of them. It was time for Kit to go back and even though worried about Mica and Fifi, she knew Trevor and her mom were safe and happy. She would have to hope that Mica and Fifi were safe as well. So, she headed towards school. Next years visits were ok. It was just that Mica and Fifi were still gone. During thanksgiving that year, she celebrated Trevor's birth, prayed to her father, and remembered the good times with Mica and Fifi. Christmas came again and everything seemed well. During her visit with mom, she noticed that Trevor acted strange around her mother when she would sit. Trevor would start liking at her mother's chest. This was unusual for kit and it made her worry. Every time her mom would sit down or take a nap, Trevor would like at her chest like if it were catnip. One night, Kit awoke to the cries from Trevor and found him pawing at her mother while howling in between. Then kits mouth dropped. Her mom wasn't breathing. She immediately called for help. When at the hospital, Kit paced across the hospital floor. Finally a doctor, the same doctor that tried to save her father came out into the waiting room. Tears started to steak down from her face, but then her tears stopped as she was taken into the room where her mom lay. Her mom was sitting up with the biggest smile on her face. Kit ran up to her with a great big bear hug. The doctor had told them if it weren't for that cat she would be dead. So, once more off to school for the last year, Kit had no worries nor did her mom. Trevor was their savior.
