Slender: Dave's Story

It started in the summer of '86. The night Slender was born into the people of Haethview Valley's nightmares. (Haethview Valley is located in Missouri)

Chapter 1: Big Bang Leather Book

Dave: "Ahh, what a great day." Waking up

He got up, poured himself some Wheaties and poured in some milk.

Dave: "Oh, I need to tell Len about what I found out about last night!"

He shoveled down his Wheaties and got dressed. He got into his Ford F-150 and sped off.

Dave: "I loved that girl like whiskey and pie!" (Singing along with his radio.)

As Dave pulled up to Len's house he saw Len polishing the headlights of his Corvette.

Len waves and continues polishing.

Len: "What'cha doing here man?" Len asks as Dave parked his truck and walked out.

Dave: "I need to tell ya something."

Len: "Shoot."

Dave: "I found this old book in my grandfather's attic. It is this weird thing I need to tell you about."

Len: "Okay, what's it about?"

Dave: "Well, it's this demonic guy called 'Slender Man' and he hides in the forest kidnapping and killing people."

Len: "So, he's a pedophile?"

Dave: "Well, yes." "But he has limbs that stretch out and grab you."

Len: "Well, sounds like a rubber peddy."

Dave: "Len, stop making jokes. It looked pretty serious. It had black and white pictures of it in forests and in random scenes."

Len: "You got the book with you?"

Dave: "Yeah I do."

Dave proceeds to grab the old wrinkly book out from the back seat of his truck.

Dave then hands Len the book.

Len: "Hmm, that does look mighty big throughout history."

Dave: "See? It's just creepy."

Len reading from book: "Symptoms that Slender Man is coming for you. Coughing up blood, Technology is being messed with around you, Memory loss, Nightmares about him, drawing the symbol."

Len: "Okay, okay, I get it; he's some creepy dude that kills people." (While closing book)

He hands the book back to Dave.

Dave: "Well, do you think he is real?"

Len: "Hell no. It's just a myth."

Dave: "Okay then. Just ponder along like nothing is going to happen."

Len: "Okay whatever man."

Dave gets back into his truck and pulls out of the driveway. He steadily drives home.

Dave un-knowingly drives onto a backwoods road.

Too sunken into his radio, Dave notices a huge black figure on the woods wall (Woods Wall: The edge of the tree line)

He notices, but is too distracted to care.

His vision gets blurry like TV static and starts swerving on the road.

He goes quiet and is driving 60mph in the opposite lane.

He comes to, then immediately jerks the wheel to avoid an oncoming Toyota.

Dave: "Jesus Christ! What the frick was that?"

Dave arrives home scared that he almost died.

He runs into his house and locks the door.

Out of breath from startle, he tries to relax on his couch.

News Reporter on TV: "…and the dog was perfectly fine. On the bad side of news, a beige Toyota Corolla swerved off a back road earlier and killed its passenger. The body was not found but is expected to be found within 2 days. The one involved has been deemed as Marcus Ferdusia of Kebam, Missouri. There is no evidence of the body. Cops think the man ran away from the scene or was removed by an unknown suspect. We will bring you more of 'The Missing Man' case when new evidence is found. The stocks have been raising…"

Dave pops up after he hears the story.

Dave: "Oh god, I think that was me that caused that!"

Dave gets some leftover chicken and eats some cold breast meat and goes to bed.

Throughout the night, he had dreams. Maybe it was the chicken.

Chapter 2: Was it the chicken?

Dave wakes up in shock as he realizes he had nightmares of Slendy.

Dave: (All Jittery) "Oh my god, I saw slender man in my dreams! What does it mean? It means he's coming for me! No, it can't be true! I was talking about him that day, It must have stuck in my mind over night."

Dave relaxed and started him normal morning routine.

Dave went to work, and the usual happened.

Arriving home, he notices Len standing on the edge of his driveway.

Dave: "Len, what are you doing here?"

Len: "Last night, I kept thinking about you, a..an..and chicken." (Saying this in a questioning voice)

Dave: "Well, I ate chicken last night for dinner…"

Len: "I..I saw you eating chicken too…I was like, in your house. Watching you."

Dave: "That is a reeeeeeeally weird coincidence."

Len: "I was like, really tall, and was following behind you through your house. I woke up while you were going into your bed."

Dave: "Ok, stop trying to scare me man, it's working."

Len: (In a deep demonic voice) "LIFE WON'T END UNLESS I'M INVOLVED!"

Len then dashes to his Corvette and speeds off, almost hitting Dave.

Dave: "I can't believe. What. I. Just. Witnessed."

Dave then walks inside and continues his day as it should have gone.

He calls the cops and gives in a report of Len acting VERY strange.

They say don't worry about it and did nothing about it.

That was their huge mistake.
