No title yet, as always my poems are under the category of 'General' because I believe everyone can relate in some way. Inspiration of this poem was when my teacher demanded to know what I thought of a subject.

Memories are one thing that cannot be taken away,

Just like thoughts are our own.

Without judgment,

Our thoughts are free.

The private sanctuaries of our mind let that statement be.

Thoughts are not read,

Free to explore possibilities.

Where ideas are formed.

People have no right to take that away,

The essence of our mind keep craziness at bay.

Some believe to keep to themselves,

Living in the place that is their head.

They decide what life is,

Without the need to vocalize opinions.

And finding happiness within their own dominion.
