I am a dragon

Sleeping in my den

Waiting for the sunshine to appear

Waiting for birds that I would hear

Waiting for fear

To pass me by

I am a dragon

Sleeping in my den

The world is out of reach

So I am asleep

However, one day

I will wake

For God's sake,

Flying through the air

With the day so fair

And freedom under my wings

I am a dragon

Sleeping in my den

I will wake up

Into an adventure

With an angel by my side

I will survive

And fight

For what I believe in

Until then I will rest

When I am strong and wise
