I can want with all my might but I'm still never the backbone to our combined skeletal structure. Always relying, barely trying, (apparently lying). Father Saturn - daddy Cronos - scolds me with several hard looks and a shove in the right direction. All this time, I thought of responsibility as a yoke that I simply had to avoid bearing, but my growing need for respect and authority winces at my past. A younger self has closed the door and locked it against any possibility of achieving a mediocre lifestyle. Luckily, that's not the middle ground I'm striving for.

I will steady myself, and attract others that can admire my twisting roots and healthy vines.

And hey, maybe a beehive will materialize in my heart center; wouldn't that be nice?
