Each Day I Fall

Your life will get harder each and every day;
If EVERYONEcontinues to take everything away.

How are you supposed to learn the basics of life?
When they won't let you stand up to your own fights.

It hurts to know when you cannot be trusted,
and you are automatically known as the suspect.

I want to delete them from my memory.
Now that would be the perfect symphony.

I sit in my room without making sounds
I listen as my heart pounds and pounds.

It begins to ache as I start to think
that my boyfriend, he's the missing link.

One thought of him changes everything around.
That one thought makes my frown turn upside down.

But my life at home is like a hellhole
as I slowly let my feelings unfold.

I don't like to show them at all
It makes me seem weak; one word can make me fall.

I've never told many people my secrets
and in my mind that's how I want to leave it.

If everyone takes everything away
your life will get harder each and every day…
