I have always found the night to be the most peaceful time. Everything is still and quiet, the heat of the day has left, and the soft glow of the moon is a welcoming sight.

Trickling down in soft beams,
the moon's soft glow
fills my eyes with
peaceful silver sceneries.
Mercurial tones fade
into the deep of night,
leaving the silence
as a shroud of darkness.
I gaze into the sky
and view the stars
as they shine down
upon the silent land
Peace envelopes me,
and all my troubles
disappear into
the ebony night world.
