The Anatomy of My Broken Mind

This one is about how "professional" help isn't always what's needed for people, how it can actually make a person worse than what they started off as. I wrote this earlier on in the year, during a poetry workshop.

The Anatomy of my Broken Mind

You built your cell from staying alive,
You're six months old
in this bloody hell,
So drunk on meds,
it'll kill you!
We'll make this plight grow legs,
and slither away like ghosts,
left alone here with the clean white coats,
Super Sonic eye-sight, blind,
The Anatomy of my broken mind.
