My sneaker makes spaghetti

He's a pasta chef you see.

My faucet makes good sushi rice

My couch brews sweet green tea

All my socks make burgers

And my pillow fries plantains

My other shoe makes ground-nut-stew

So does my shower drain.

My dad's whole toolbox minces fruit

Our towels grill zucchini

My ostrich-egg from Africa

Makes really good martinis.

The tree I planted in our yard

Bakes pies and cakes and bread

And sometimes links of sausage

Will appear inside our shed.

Our house is pretty interesting

Once all is said and done.

And the wonderful thing about houses like this

Is mine's the only one!
