Tuesday 17th March

Dear Diary

I still haven't found them! This is getting absolutely ridiculous! I know Mite possess some strange ability that allows him to teleport, so he could take Daniel anywhere! This situation seems to have gotten more and more drastic as time drags on.

I woke up feeling tired and run down but I had to get up to find Daniel.

I started to walk, it felt like relief for some reason but it was almost like my body knew I wasn't going to torture it giving it a whole day of nice walking.

About halfway through the day I must have walked through the first quarter of the woods, I stopped to have a drink, unfourtunely I feel into the river and changed into a dolphin even though I still freaked out by this it wasn't bad because I thought I was alone.

I heard footsteps about five seconds after I had fallen in, turning round in the water I saw Josh standing there with piles of fruit and fish in his arms, also some fruit was by his feet.

His mouth was open; I couldn't help but study every inch of his face. He looked different somehow; paler and his hazel eyes had lost their shine to them.

I wanted to cry out because I realized that if I kept seeing Josh, was I seeing his ghost? I clambered out of the water but Josh turned and began to run. I didn't chase him, there was no point I might never catch him especially since my body was still aching from running.

His reaction was similar to mine and Daniel's reactions when he find out about my secret.

I decided to look at the collection of fruit which Josh had dropped. I began to eat it straight away because I hadn't eaten any food in days. So what could I eat besides this?

It felt good to eat it all besides Josh wouldn't need the food well because he's dead, isn't he? So what use is this to him?

I began to walk again breaking out into a jog so that I could pace myself, it was better than tiring myself out completely in the last leg of the woods.

It took me another hour then at last I was out of the woods! My goal was getting closer and closer for some reason as I entered the first big field.

I couldn't stop to rest though, I had to keep going to find Daniel because he needed my help.

Changing my direction to south, I carried on walking forward determined to get as much ground behind me.

The night fell quite quickly and I knew I couldn't do any more walking so settled down for the night, wondering when I'm going to find Daniel and where.
