Another Secret Revealed

A few months later over at Courage Wings, some of the experts were outside training for the exhibition later on that very afternoon.

The experts who were training outside were being watched by Headmaster Ali & Professor Cordance.

"It is going rather well." Headmaster Ali said to Professor Cordance.

"I'm sure it'll be a great show." Professor Cordance said to Headmaster Ali optimistically.

"I expect great things from your dragon demonstration." Headmaster Ali told Professor Cordance.

"My boys & I will astound everyone." Professor Cordance told Headmaster Ali.

"The school must show itself to advantage," Headmaster Ali said. "all of Spellix's VIPs will be at the exhibition."

Over at Sunrea that morning, Christa was in Estella's bedroom putting something purple into Estella's hair with a paintbrush.

"And you're sure it works?" Christa asked Estella.

"Absolutely! It's a conditioner that Violet concocted," Estella answered Christa. "and I fully trust our fairy flower child."

"Suit yourself." Christa said to Estella.

"Something's on your mind." Estella told Christa.

"Is it that obvious?" Christa asked Estella.

"When it comes to your emotions, Chrissy," Estella said. "you're an open book."

"I've got so many thoughts going around in my head I feel like it's going to explode." Christa explained to Estella.

"Thoughts about your past?" Estella asked Christa.

"I mean, who am I really," Christa asked Estella. "and what is Lake Luce di Cristallo? And..."

"And there's more?" Estella asked Christa.

"Yes," Christa said to Estella. "there is."

Christa put the paintbrush down and sat down on Estella's bed.

"Listen, I don't know if I can help you about your past," Estella said to Christa tossing Christa her pink cellphone. "but your present, I definitely can!"

"What? What do you mean... I?" Christa asked Estella.

"Call Julian." Estella said to Christa.

"Maybe it's not such a good idea." Christa said to Estella.

"It's a great idea," Estella said to Christa. "you two need to clear the air! It's better than driving yourself nuts all day long."

"You're right." Christa said to Estella.

"Great!" Estella said to Christa.

"Do I really have to call him right now?" Christa asked Estella.

"But of course," Estella answered Christa. "there's no time like the present."

"Estella, wait," Christa asked. "where are you going?"

"To the bathroom," Estella answered Christa. "I've got to rinse this stuff out of my hair."

"Uh... do you need help?"

"No thanks," Estella said to Christa. "call him!"

Estella closed her door leaving Christa alone to talk to Julian.

"It's now or never." Christa said.

Christa then picked up Estella's cellphone and dialed Julian's phone number.

Back at Courage Wings, Julian stopped by his & Prince Simone's bedroom with his own cellphone in hand.

"I'm really glad you called, I was going to call you, but I just got back to Courage Wings." Julian said to Christa.

"Really," Christa said to Julian on her end of the line. "good, because I wanted to talk to you about what happened at Cauldron Belfry... it was not an easy time but... Trini & I found out that it was another scheme worked out by Jack & Icicle, Debbie & Dane, and Sarah & Steven."

"Witches & warlocks," Julian asked Christa on his own end of the line. "but why? Why in the world would they do something like that to you & Trini?"

"Simple, they're evil," Christa said to Julian. "they get a kick out of hunting other people, anyway, I really wanted to talk about us, I know there's something special between us... a kind of bond."

"Uh... yes, but," Julian said to Christa. "uh... I have to go now, really, so um... bye."

Julian hung up on Christa.

"Oh!" Christa exclaimed.

Back at Courage Wings, Julian just looked at his cellphone, "I'm sorry, Chrissy." he sighed sadly.

Back at Sunrea, Estella came back into her bedroom.

"So?" Estella asked Christa.

"I don't know," Christa answered Estella. "he was kinda... distant."

"That's silly! Here's the deal, let's wait till after the exhibition, I'm sure he'll call you." Estella said to Christa.

"Let's hope he does." Christa said to Estella sighing sadly.

Back at Courage Wings, Julian went into Jonathan's bedroom.

"Jonny," Julian said. "I'm in big trouble!"

"What do you mean?" Jonathan asked Julian.

"About your big sister, Chrissy, and Diamanti!" Julian said to Jonathan.

"Diamanti?" Jonathan asked the Argonlyon Squire.

"The girl I've got to marry! I don't want to! I love Chrissy!" Julian said to Jonathan.

"Chrissy, well," Jonathan said. "I'm sure there's a solution to this, let me think for a sec, okay, you & my sister are talking right?"

"So?" Julian asked Jonathan.

"So," Jonathan explained to Julian. "give her the facts, tell her everything."

"YOU WANT ME TO DO WHAT?" Julian asked Jonathan furiously.

"You can't draw the situation out forever," Ricky heard Jonathan saying to Julian. "if you don't have feelings for Diamanti, talk to Chrissy or else... you're going to lose her."

"Yeah, maybe you're right," Julian said to Jonathan walking out of Jonathan's bedroom. "but it's not as simple as that."

Julian was suddenly stopped by Ricky.

"Why do you care so much, I sure won't get all worked up over a girl like Christa." Ricky said to Julian. "I sure won't get all worked up over a girl like Christa."

"WHAT!" Julian yelled at Ricky furiously.

"The little flirt doesn't deserve half the attention she gets, after all, Debbie told me that Christa likes to hang out with a lot of different guys." Ricky said to Julian.

Julian then punched Ricky right in the stomach.

Then, Ricky kicked Julian down to the floor.

The fight soon escalated and that made Prince Simone & Jonathan come out of their bedrooms to break it up.

"Stop it! That's enough," Prince Simone shouted at Ricky & Julian. "are you guys crazy? Julian, are you all right, is everything okay?"

"Yeah." Julian answered Prince Simone just as Ricky got to his feet.

"How about you, Ricky," Prince Simone asked. "are you all right?"

Ricky just grunted pushing the Argonlyon Prince back.

"Hey! You know," Prince Simone continued. "since you've been seeing Debbie, you're a real pain!"

Ricky just looked at the Argonlyon Prince irritably.

"Can't you see the witch is just using you? She's not your friend!" Prince Simone shouted at Ricky.

"THEN, WHO ARE MY FRIENDS," Ricky asked furiously. "YOU GUYS?"

"What's going on here," someone called out.

Jonathan turned to see Headmaster Ali heading toward him and the other experts.

"Shouldn't you be getting ready for the exhibition," Headmaster Ali asked the experts. "it is an important day for the school! Don't let me let me down!"

"Yes, sir!" Jonathan, Prince Simone, & Julian exclaimed saluting their hands.

"Mmmm, Ricky?" Headmaster Ali asked sternly.

"Yes, sir." Ricky sighed.

"Good," Headmaster Ali said to the experts. "now, go back to your rooms and get ready."

Later on, Headmistress Enchantara, Headwitchtress Dragonia, and Headwarlock Dragonfang sat down in the stands just as the Courage Wings exhibition was about to begin.

"I understand you both have expelled the three young witches and the three young warlocks?" Headmistress Faragonda asked Headwarlock Dragonfang & Headwitchtress Dragonia.

"A severe but necessary punishment." Headwirchtress Dragonia answered Headmistress Enchantara.

"I agree." Headmistress Enchantara told Headworlock Dragonfang & Headwitchtress Dragonia seriously.

"Though, both Dragonia & I are sorry to have lost such gifted students." Headwarlock Dragonfang told Headmistress Enchantara.

"They're young... and yet," Headmistress Enchantara told Headwitchtress Dragonia & Headwarlock Dragonfang. "they're already mastering the art of black magic, they're dangerous... someone ought to keep an eye on them."

"It will be difficult now that they're gone." Headwitchtress Dragonia said to Headmistress Enchantara.

"I know." Headmistress Enchantara said to both Headwarlock Dragonfang & Headwitchtress Dragonia.

Back at Sunrea, Violet was feeding her plants while Aria was playing her violin.

As the page in Aria's music book magically turned, Christa, Trinity, & Estella entered Violet & Aria's bedroom.

"Christa's out of her mind," Trinity exclaimed. "you talk to her!"

"Why? What's up? What does she want to do?" Violet asked Trinity.

"She wants to go to the exhibition." Estella answered Violet.

"Did she receive an invitation?" Aria asked Estella.

"No," Trinity answered Aria. "or it wouldn't be a problem, would it?"

"But Chrissy, why?" Aria asked.

"I've asked her that!" Trinity said to Aria.

"I've got to talk to Julian," Christa insisted. "he's avoiding me, and I want to know why!"

"Fess up, you like him." Estella said to Christa.

"No, we're just friends." Christa said.

"Well in that case," Estella said to Christa. "I see no reason as to go so far as to breaking the rules to get to him."

"Okay, maybe it's true," Christa said to Estella. "Julian is special to me but I'm not sure what I mean to him, that's why I need to talk to him today."

"Alright," Trinity said to Christa. "we'll go to Courage Wings with you."

"Thanks, Enchantresses." Christa said.

Once at Courage Wings, the Enchanted Squad were on their way to the exhibition when they were caught by a senior expert.

"Hey, you," the expert shouted at the Enchanted Squad. "what are you doing here?"

"Ooh!" Violet exclaimed.

Estella then giggled.

Trinity looked at the expert nervously.

"Oh! uh... nothing," Christa said to the expert. "just uh... you know... hanging out."

"Run!" Violet shouted.

Christa & the others ran from the expert.

"Wait," the expert shouted after the Enchanted Squad as he ran after them. "where do you think you're going? Stop!"

The Enchanted Squad continued to run from the expert.

"Oh!" Christa shouted as she & the others hid inside the school of Courage Wings.

"Hey! Oh," the expert panted breathlessly. "Oh great! I lost them, crazy girls!"

Back at the exhibition, Jonathan was racing on his hoverboard while Ricky, Prince Simone, and Squire Julian raced on their motorbikes.

The crowd in the stands all cheered as Prince Simone withdrew his phantosword.

The other experts withdrew their own weaponry as well.

Prince Simone & Squire Julian passed each other and clashed their swords.

Jonathan then summoned one of his Crystal Creatures to entertain the the crowd.

Ricky then threw some small explosives into the air and they ignited.

Back inside the school of Courage Wings, Christa had gotten separated from the rest of her friends and was walking down a corridor when she happened to pass by a king, his wife, and a princess who she assumed was the sister of Prince Simone.

"Whoa!" Christa gasped looking at the royal family.

"Well," the princess said. "I'm not quite sure if I agree."

Christa and the princess collided into each other.

Christa made the princess drop her own holographic photo album to reveal the hologram of Squire Julian.

Christa then looked at the picture in the princess's holographic photo album.

The princess then got up off the floor of the hallway and brushed herself off.

"Oh! You stupid clumsy girl! For goodness sake! Watch where you're going, Peasant!"

"Oh!" Christa gasped.

"And I absolutely forbid you to look at my boyfriend, hmph," the princess yelled walking away from Christa. "Honey, are you listening to me?"

"Her boyfriend? No! It can't be! It's got to be a trick! I'm sure it is! Those horrible witches!" Christa exclaimed.

In another corridor of Courage Wings, the Enchantresses were talking.

"Oh! I'm tired of waiting! I want to see Simone! He's so handsome and strong and and smart! His family's going to be here you know, they're the royals in the whole dimension!" Estella exclaimed excitedly.

"I'm still not sure whether your heart beats more for your good looking prince," Aria said to Estella sarcastically. "or for the cash he's got."

"Well," Estella said angrily. "beauty is wasted if it's not surrounded by beautiful things! Come on, let's go!"

Estella walked down the corridor as the others followed her.

Back at the exhibition, Christa met the princess again.

"Huh?" the princess asked.

Christa handed a slip of paper out to the princess.

"Hmmm." the guard said.

The Princess then took the paper slip from Christa's hand.

"Simone wants to see me?" the princess asked Christa.

"Follow me please," Christa said to the princess. "I'll take you to him."

The princess rose from her seat in the stands and walked over to the spot where the King of Argonlyon was sitting.

"Pardon me Sire," the princess said. "I must leave for a moment, I'll return for the opening of the exhibition."

The princess and one of the guards followed Christa to a private location.

The exhibition began with fireworks.

"So? Where is he," the princess asked Christa irritably. "he summons me and yet he's not around?"

Christa snapped her fingers, "Sweet dreams." she said putting the guard to sleep.

"Hmmm? Hey! What do you think you're doing?" the princess asked Christa.

Christa turned to face the brown haired blue eyed princess, "Cut it out! Who are you? Icicle, Debbie, or Sarah?" she asked the princess with determination in her voice.

"What are you talking about," the stuck up princess asked Christa. "I don't like your tone, I am a princess!"

"Fine, that means I'm going to have to unmask you by force," Christa said. "Christa Novice Transform!"

Christa then transformed.

"You little country begger!" the princess shouted at Christa.

Christa attacked her foe and knocked her straight into the wall of the corridor.

Back at the exhibition, the experts continued racing around the track.

Ricky made Julian fall from his motorbike, thankfully, the Argonlyon Squire wasn't hurt.

Prince Simone then got off of his own motorbike and ran over to Julian, "Is everything okay? Are you hurt?" he asked Julian.

"No, just a few bruises." the Argonlyon Squire answered the Argonlyon Prince.

"It's payback time, Ricky." Prince Simone said.

Ricky took his helmet off, "Whatever." he said.

Jonathan boarded up to Ricky, Julian, & Simone on his hoverboard, "Hey, guys, this is not the time, we've got to do the dragon show." he reminded his comrades.

The dragons were being let out of their pen in time for the dragon demonstration.

The Enchanted Squad minus Christa saw the experts mount their dragons from a cracked door.

"Hey, girls," Estella called out. "we can see everything from here!"

Estella looked through the crack first, "Hey! Hey!" she shouted because she had been shoved by Aria.

"I want to look too." Aria said.

Aria was looking through the crack in the door but she was shoved by Trinity.

"Okay, time's up, my turn," Trinity said. "wow!"

"Hey! My turn now," Violet said to Trinity. "move over."

Back in the other corridor, Christa was still fighting her unknown rival.

"I don't know what your problem is but if it's a fight you want," the princess shouted. "Diamanti Princess!"

Christa's new rival, now known as Princess Diamanti transformed, her fairy form was not as shimmery as Christa's.

Christa attacked Princess Diamanti but Princess Diamanti dodged Christa's assault by jumping into the air.

Diamanti then grabbed Christa by the foot, "NOW, TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT!" she yelled at Christa furiously.

"You are one of the Jinx!" Christa accused Princess Diamanti.

"What?" Diamanti asked Christa.

"Ow!" Christa said as she landed hard on the floor with a thud.

Christa then kicked Diamanti to the floor but Diamanti landed with her feet on the floor.

"I'm Princess Diamanti, fiancee of Prince Simone of Argonlyon!" Princess Diamanti said to Christa attacking her with a ring of amethyst colored light trapping her.

"I can't move!" Christa shouted.

Christa then flew up and freed herself, "ALRIGHT! I'VE HAD IT, YOU UGLY WITCH!" she yelled furiously at Princess Diamanti.

Christa then attacked the Fairy of Gemstones.

"I'LL SHOW YOU!" Princess Diamanti yelled furiously at Christa.

Princess Diamanti then attacked Christa with her spinning ring of rubies.

But Christa was smart enough to dodge the attack.

The attacks on Christa continued as Princess Diamanti became even more furious.

Christa then dodged the assaults then she in turn attacked Princess Diamanti.

"YOU LITTLE..." Princess Diamanti shouted furiously at Christa.

Back at the exhibition, the dragons circled over the experts.

"No hard feelings about the incident earlier? Right?" Ricky asked Julian.

Squire Julian threw his boomerang.

"Huh?" Ricky asked.

Ricky then ducked and Julian's boomerang ended up hitting Ricky's dragon and returned straight to his hand.

"None whatsoever." Julian said to Ricky.

"It's cool." Ricky muttered under his breath standing up.

Ricky then made his red dragon attack Julian's orange dragon.

"Now that was uncalled for!" Julian shouted at Ricky.

Julian made his orange dragon defend himself against the might of Ricky's red dragon.

The two dragons continued fighting.

"They pitted the dragons against each other," Professor Cordance said. "I must intervene!"

Headmistress Enchantara gasped as Professor Cordance raced out into the arena from the stands.

Professor Cordance mounted the blue dragon that was supposed to have been ridden by Sir Trenton Lee Logica with his phantowhip in hand.

"Hiya! Nice dragons! Back! Be good! Hiya!" Professor Cordance said cracking his phantowhip.

"Huh?" the experts all asked.

The arena's floor began to open up as Princess Diamanti & Christa continued their battle.

The audience all gasped.

"So," Christa asked Diamanti. "have you had enough?"

"No," Princess Diamanti answered Christa. "have you?"

Princess Diamanti attacked Christa but her attack had failed.

Christa then counter attacked Princess Diamanti and her attack had succeeded.

"Goodness! This girl is nuts!" Princess Diamanti gasped in fright.

Christa attacked Princess Diamanti again.

Princess Diamanti then landed on the ground with a very hard thud.

Christa then saw her Squire Julian running directly to Princess Diamanti.

"Julian?" Christa asked.

Princess Diamanti stood up, "Oh, Simone!" she exclaimed, Christa saw Princess Diamanti hugging Julian.

"Julian?" Christa asked again.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN 'JULIAN'? THIS IS SIMONE," Princess Diamanti shouted at Christa furiously. "PRINCE OF ARGONLYON, SUCCESSOR TO THE THRONE, AND MY FUTURE HUSBAND!"

"Oh!" Squire Julian now revealed to Christa to be the real Prince Simone shouted running after Christa.

"NOW I... huh?" Princess Diamanti began furiously.

"Hey! Wait! Chrissy! I... I..." Prince Simone began.

Christa just then landed on the ground in a kneeling position.

"Oh." Christa sighed bluely.

"Isn't she one of your students, Enchantara?" Headmaster Ali asked.

"Yes, she is." Headmistress Enchantara answered Headmaster Ali, sighing sadly.

Headmaster Ali tapped his staff on the ground.

"She has ruined my exhibition!" Headmaster Ali exclaimed now feeling frustrated.

"Please forgive me, Ali." Headmistress Enchantara said.

"Well," Headwarlock Dragonfang & Headwitchtress Dragonia said in unison. "we see that it's not only our students who are excessive."

Back in the corridor, the rest of the Enchanted Squad members were fighting over the crack in the door.

"My turn!" Trinity said.

"MOVE!" Violet shouted at Trinity furiously.

"HEY!" Trinity shouted back at Violet just as furiously.

"Let me see!" Aria exclaimed.

"ENOUGH ALREADY," the Princess of Startopia shouted furiously. "I'M WATCHING THE SHOW NOW!"

The other Enchantresses crowded around the crack in the door together.

Back on the arena, Prince Simone was trying to talk to Christa, "Chrissy!" he shouted.

"SQUIRE!" King Hatori of Argonlyon bellowed.

"Oh," the real Squire Julian said bowing before the king. "my lord."

The king growled at the brunette blue eyed squire.

"Oh no! Poor Chrissy," Estella shouted. "oh! I knew I should have told her about Simone & Julian switching identities much sooner!"

"WHERE WERE YOU WHEN MY SON NEEDED HELP? YOU HAVE NEGLECTED HIS SAFETY!" King Hatori Soleson of Argonlyon bellowed to Julian.

"Oh." Julian sighed.

"YOU INCOMPETENT! I TAKE MY LEAVE OF YOU!" King Hatori bellowed at Julian leaving the stands with his wife, Queen Kana by his side.

Now, Christa was feeling even more heartbroken and confused.

Later on that night at Sunrea, Christa was standing outside on the balcony all alone.

"My mind's made up," Christa sighed sadly. "there's no other way, there's nothing else I can do."
