Walking through the forest
A place I've seen so many times
But today I see it through different eyes
As I'm coming home to you
I never had a home
I always found my way alone
Never had a place to return
Yet now I'm coming home to you
Often was alone and lost
never knew which way to go
The wind would blow me out to roam
But now I'm coming home to you
Your delicate and lovely words
Your way so gentle and tenderly
These things magically pull me
To find my way coming home to you
In your reign I find security
It's a mentality of reassurance and warmth
I'll find my way into your arms if it means
That I still will so often find myself coming home to you
Give me a kiss and a hug
Give me love and never face away
In your arms I shall stay even if
It's long till I'm coming home to you
You know I will not stay for ever
The river of life will force me away into a new lake
Just don't forget, every step I take thru out my life
I am always coming home to you
