Nicknames

I have only ever had two nicknames, both given to me by Daniel. The first is simply Freak, which he started calling me the first time we met. The second nickname is Tails, and it has a much more interesting story:

Daniel and I were playing Sonic. Well, I was playing Sonic and Daniel was reading, when he wasn't shouting at the screen with me.

We had been quiet for a while, because of a winning streak that I was having, and out of nowhere, Daniel said "Tails and Sonic."

"Best bromance ever," I replied, distractedly.

Daniel looked up thoughtfully and asked "That's kind of what we have, isn't it?"

I hurriedly paused my game and dropped the controller, turning to my best friend. "Are you saying we're like Sonic and Tails?" I asked seriously.

Daniel took a moment or two to think about this, "Only if you're Tails; I look better in blue."

"Fair enough," I smiled and turned back to my game.
