FAREWELL
Taking the place, a vow to remain,
Clouded by suppressed desires
Dulcet agony of sharing the pain
The spell is broken, devotion tires.
Unleashing the waves, swaying with pleasure
Sweet indulgence clouded by doubt
Searching and reaching for the one prized treasure
The craving inspirits but addiction dries out.
Waiting for someone to tell and to show.
Compassionate silence slowly moves on.
Pure reminiscence drowned to confess.
They banish the lonely – manacles, begone!
Do you enjoy the longing stillness?
The compulsive fear of letting go
