Description of the Creatures, Characters, and Places:
Athena Cardrew:
Athena has thick black hair (that's usually messily done up into a ponytail), angry stormy, yet mysterious grey eyes, thick dark eyelashes, sharp fox-like features (like very almond shaped eyes, always standing on slightly pointed toes, like she's about to ponce, and she has a slightly pointy nose, excreta). Athena stands about one hundred fifty three centimetres tall (roughly five feet), and has a natural thin and strong frame, and creamy beige skin. Athena is wearing a form-fitting black t-shirt, a pair of blue skinny jeans, a pair of hunting boots, and a necklace with a small carved gold owl holding an arrow in it's talons. Athena has swift, ninja-like, agile, fox-like movements, and that helps her go un-noticed. Athena is very intelligent; devoted to the people she cares about, impatient but, she doesn't take surprise or, having her trust with someone else being defied so easily.
Hades:
Hades is the god of the Underworld, and he's personality is mainly evil, and resentful. Hades is also one who holds grudges and takes revenge on others. Hades is tall like a god (ten feet tall), but when he's talking to Athena in the Underworld, he's only six feet tall. When Hades is talking to Athena and Storm in the Labyrinth and the sky, he's voice is the only trace of him. But, generally, Hades has a deathly black cloak on, with matching pants and shirt. Hades also has some heavy duty blood red chains, which are wrapped around his legs, torso and arms.
Labyrinth:
The Labyrinth is a maze often used in Egyptian and Greek mythology. The general idea of a Labyrinth is to be a huge and extremely complicated maze, which is designed to be inescapable. To ensure that it is inescapable, there are hundreds of monsters trapped inside to kill whoever is put in the Labyrinth.
(Lady) Persephone:
Persephone is the Greek goddess of springtime and the Underworld. According to some myths, Persephone was kidnapped by Hades, and luckily, her mother Demeter, (the Greek goddess of harvest) ordered Hades to return Persephone, but he wouldn't unless Persephone stayed in the Underworld for six months of the year. Like Hades, and all of the gods, she isn't in her godly form, but she is equally as beautiful as her god form. There doesn't seem to be a consensus on Persephone's looks, only that she was extraordinarily beautiful. In this story, Persephone is described to have some evil features such as, a mischievous look in her eyes, an evil smirk, and an expression on her face that could only mean that she was up to something.
Minotaur:
A monster with hooves, horns, huge bulging muscles, (bull body and head, only standing on two legs) and originally lived in the Labyrinth. The Minotaur is used frequently in Greek mythology.
Storm Cardrew:
Being Athena's brother, Storm is slightly like Athena. Storm has extremely dark green eyes which look black, short a nd shaggy black hair, creamy beige skin, and a suspious look on his face. A key difference is Storm has an endless amount of patience, and he is ready to help his sister, but he waits for the key time, unlike how Athena just springs into action. In this story, Storm is wearing a dark green hoodie, blue jeans, and sneakers and has a birthmark on his left forearm that looks like a glowing lightning bolt. Storm stands at about one hundred sixty seven centimetres in height (about five feet, six inches) and is always ready to fight. Like as mentioned, Storm is very persistent, yet logical. Most importantly though, Storm cares about helping Athena, as much as she cares about helping him.
Underworld/Fields of Punishment:
Hades' lair and the place people go after they die. The Underworld is supposedly a dark and gloomy place, and it apparently isn't that terrible. The good part of the Underworld they apparently leave you alone, to be in peace, like a colourless heaven. The other side, also known as the Fields of Punishment, is a terrible place, where people who have caused trouble, go to suffer, and repay the world for all the evil they've done. They suffer by being constantly attacked by monsters and dying multiple times again and again.
