My tears turn into crimson drops
Tainting the world I see through my eyes

Shadows dance at my feet, overjoyed
Drowning in the withering fountain of petals

I have no way of pulling myself out
My strength is a lie like the rotting cold ice

It melts turning into nothing but a reflection
Telling a sad story of broken wings that can't fly

My tears that turn into crimson drops
Scatter my false dreams of gentle smiles

Overflowing, they refuse to stop
So I close myself off and fall asleep
