Can't help your needs
That's why you agreed
To follow the man
Who is strong as a steed
I, too, have my needs
That you never see
Inside his green eyes
You don't think of it
Working the land
I blister my hands
The hardest of labours
Alone I will stand
I know this is lame
I can't play the game
My sheets and my futons
They're covered in stains
I remained lazy
My vision is hazy
I couldn't help it
It's driving me crazy
Perpetuating my loneliness
I can't help but spend my days
Wondering about changing my ways
Now that the brain fog is down
I am finally able to realize
I have a set of green eyes to call mine
