I went in that shop today,
I looked around but all I could see
Just memories, from before today.
Memories of your beautiful eyes,
Shining down at me.
The smile that was brighter then any sun.
I went in that shop, just out of the way.
They is no trace of you, or how that one time
You danced around the room
Or the first time you kissed me.
Nothing remains behind, do you still think of me?
Do you regret? Remember with pride?
Am I just some old trophy you won,
All the time we have been apart
You wouldn't believe how much I've missed you.
You were color to my drawings,
The music to my song.
I wish I still knew you.
Knew the you who once was,
The you I knew, and loved so much.
