True Confessions
I used to have baby blonde hair as a child; I dyed it black when I was sixteen before I got married.
Despite my job, I am a complete neat freak. I have to separate myself at work. Otherwise, I would just break down crying all of the time.
I can take loud music for a short time, but after a few hours I would get a headache.
I used to bite my nails when I was seven years old. I stopped after my family and I moved to Ukraine.
I was in many talent shows in Ukraine and the US. I hated it at first. After while, they became so much fun.
I can't stand needles. I can't even watch an injection going into someone's arm.
I am not a fan of porn. Mainly, this is because my husband makes his money off of it. It's just tacky.
I am a stickler for grammar. I cannot stand typos and even the smallest error. I end up correcting it on the spot.
I have always been short for my age. My cousins and siblings pick on me for it. My husband even makes jokes about my height. (He's giant compared to me.)
I am tight with money. Despite practically growing up and marrying into wealth, I still try to save money like a poor woman.
I have been to Texas, New York, Maine, and Oregon. I have only lived in New York, however.
I have always wanted to go to France still I was in high school.
I know how to speak Russian, English, and Polish. (I'm currently trying to learn Japanese, however.)
I don't have a Facebook account. Facebook creeps me out! (My husband's trying to convince me to get one, though.)
I am a huge fan of Paranoia Agent. In fact, I really like all of the works of the late Kon Satoshi.
I am not big on slasher films. Blood and extreme violence aren't my cup of tea.
Because I tend to fall asleep on car rides, my husband does the driving for long trips.
My husband and both cook at food. (His cooking is better than mine, though.)
I miss the rush of the fast food industry, but not the stress.
If you gave me the choice of an action-filled day or a slow day, I would happily choose the slow day. I can't deal with the stress.
