Whole hearted fighting
Bleeding and scarring
They shoot guns and arrows
But who is the hero?
Terror and torment
Horror in arguments
Where is the justice?
Will love remain unnoticed?
Children of young
How many victims hung?
Coutless families having been broken
So many taken by a shotgun
Widows and orphans
Innocent persons
Did I forget to mention
The screaming
The weeping?
Father we all ask the same question:
How much longer?
We plead:
Make our faith stronger
How many more deaths?
Please be with us under test
When will the gunfire end
The bombs and trying to pretend
Father let your will be done
May your kingdom come
Do the things you promised before
Father make there be no more war
