True Friends Never Leave You

Prologue Part 1:- Arielle

The girl walking down the road in the misty November morning in the blue school uniform was no ordinary girl. Although her red hair was in its usual neat bunches tumbling over her shoulders, and her grey eyes sparkled with mischief, just as they always had, she wasn't in her usual sunny mood. She had been abandoned by her friends. They had found out her secret, and left her. She thought they had been true friends. But she had been wrong. This had happened the last time she had tried to befriend normal humans. She knew she didn't fit in, that she wasn't like them. So why had she even tried? How had she been stupid enough to think, even for a second, that people would actually want to be friends with someone like her? As she reached her school gates, a tear rolled down her face. She didn't want to enter the place where she would surely be bullied and despised a freak. She stopped walking and began to turn and bunk off.

"Arielle Castaldi, hurry along, you have Form in five minutes. I do not want to hear you were late." The headmistress of the girl's school shouted. Arielle Castaldi. That was the girl's name. Her name was just as strange as the girls she had thought were her friends had thought she was. And now she had no one. She was alone. Arielle sighed and glumly walked towards her doom.
