Sometimes the world just falls
Because of one word spoken
And then everyone comes
And comforts and heals
Until one by on
The world is re-created
And shimmering with
A brighter light
Then anyone could imagine
But who helps
When the world
Just falls bit by bit
Until there is no more
Solid ground
Just a bowl filled with
Pieces of the heart
And broken promises
And when the world
Falls so slowly
No one seems to notice
And then who comes
And helps
Pick up all the broken pieces
Scattered at your feet
Because while everyone is willing
To rebuild a world from dust
There are so few volunteers
Who will help heal
The broken world
