PROLOGUE

Aeternus Eterna- A world where the existence of "Magic" is normal while it's absence is obscure. However, like any other world, conflict is bound to happen, this one isn't an exception… It is, after all, an alternate reality in which "humans" and "demons" reside.

These two races differs, not in outer appearances, but rather in their abilities.

Humans are known for the "pure" energy, as what they call it, that flows within their bodies. White Magic.

Demons, on the other hand, are beings of darkness and destruction with the black energy that dominates their veins, a terrifying force that threatens the other races, and as well as unique abilities each and one of them possesses. Dark Magic. They seek to destroy.. To spill blood..

Both of them engaged in a century long battle to decide which one is righteous in an ironical way.

-Aeternus Eterna is governed by three powerful households, each had the key to a path where hell and heaven might lead. It is an aristocratic world that watches upon the many political structures in each country around the vast distance of this twisted place, their authority renders no exception. The family heads are referred to as "Supreme Rulers" , beings greater than a king, a leader or what ever there may be.. But of course less than a god.

In the war which "humans" had won over, superiority eventually fell upon their hands and to prevent any further fighting, they have created "Carcer X", an organization, or more like a prison for demons.

In this kind of newly found system, education for the entire population became a must. They will all be gathered in institutes that best suits their status and abilities, be trained to the extent.. and be judged indiscriminately based on their individual potentials and capacities. Those who failed become lower class people and those who succeeded will be deemed as an "Occisor Daemonum"- One who slays Demons-.

In this world where the distinction between black and white is clearly visible, will there be a place for the existence of gray?

cout"This is actually a manga, but an amateur such as "I" , couldn't bear the laziness in constantly editing each page.. thus I decided that, perhaps, I should write it down first and continue the manga later… hehe
