Written at Lake Argyle. Returning to civilisation isn't always the best thing, sometimes you wish you could stay in the midst of nature.

Return from Escape

Music blaring through the clear air

A group of people sitting down

Upon a lawn of lush green grass

Relaxing in the patchy shade

The steady throb of a motor

Coming from over near buildings

A sign of civilisation

In the remote western outback

Tourists relax by the small pool

Four wheel drives crunch over gravel

Making this spot a busy place

Far from tiny Kununurra

Its good to be back with showers

But already I start to miss

The wide spaces of Lake Argyle

And its expansive clear waters
