"Bye Smith, see ya next year." I said with a whole hearted smile.
That was the last time we talked, its been a full year and a half and we are in eighth grade now. Sometimes in the hallway I see Jake, we smiled and look at each other knowingly, but thats it. I am writing this now because I finally got over him, I still love him but there is nothing there for me now. I sometimes wonder what could of been if one of us would of had the guts to speak to each other. He is and will always be my first love.
