Eyes flickering
Behind closed doors;
Limbs shivering
So nervously,
Licking away
The energy
That is not mine
Yet lingers here,
A part of me
Dredged from dark depths
To rescue me
From my own self
Whose wandering,
Without concern
For anything
Is destroying
Atoms of me,
Each minutia
Each cell of me cleansed,
Replaced, by an unearthly
Fire of cold sapphire.
