Passion Laid Us Here
Walking me home after a day of thrills
You were talking giving me chills
Once we got to my home, I let you in
Nobody shall know you were here
It's our little secret n one should know
As we go up to my pale blue room
I knew this day would come
Everyone will think we're dumb
But I don't care…
Passion laid us here, that's all
I love you, and you love me
There's nothing wrong with that
Hearing your heart beat quicken
I can tell you were surprisingly stricken
Hearing you breath seductively
As I cuddle in your muscular arms
It's not exactly how I imagined
But I don't want this to end
I knew this day would come
Everyone will think we're dumb
But I don't care…
Passion laid us here, that's all
I love you, and you love me
There's nothing wrong with that
Our hearts beat faster that's a fact
As we almost get caught in the act
We hurry to make sure all evidence
Is completely gone
Now it's time to rush you home
Nobody will ever know
Passion laid us here right then
For my doubts and insecurities again
Started coming around but now
They are almost non-existent
Because of that one day
When passion leaded you to me
I knew this day would come
Everyone will think we're dumb
But I don't care…
Passion laid us here, that's all
I love you, and you love me
There's nothing wrong with that
Author's Note: This is dedicated to my boyfriend of seven months; but I want the average dirt-minded teenager to know that what happened in the course of the poem is probably not what you are thinking...please read and review. It will be greatly appreciated!
