Another Happy Day

Subscribe to the drugged beck and call.

Grainy trauma packed away,

until the weekend.

Wilted tulips cut too short

Paper vase

Disheveled canvas splatters illuminated

Drool seeps through the creases.

into the trash

Shear off the thorns

quickly

too late.

Only more to come

Pasted laughter echoes

revert to.

Clink.

Only a few more and you'll join them.
