The mirror is a liar
spinning webs of deceit.
It whispered lies in my sleep
and when I woke
I believed them.
.
Mirror, mirror on the wall,
About your lies,
I believed them all.
.
Until one dark and dreary day
I began to understand
that my worth is not measured
by the lies in your hand.
.
That was the day
I was finally free
from the web of lies
that you wove for me.
.
I found the love
that was hiding deep inside.
.
That is something,
lying mirror on the wall
you yourself should try.
