Who I Am

This is a collection of poems I've written over the years. Definitely not all of them, but the better ones that I enjoy reading aloud to myself. They're better than some of the ones I've seen from my old classmates, and I'm proud of them.

The Desperate Desire
I would take upon
the throne of King
if it should please my love.
I would take on the mantle of god
should that bring him joy.
But if sadness should conquer,
I would take my titles and destroy them,
if only to bring happiness to my love.
