The words you feel inside?

Or the questions forming in your head

The raw emotions of your heart?

Fear of criticism and judgment

Plagues my every thought

What would people think

If they knew what I thought?

Faceless, stereotypical beings

Pass me every day

I've lost a connection

With their worldly ways

Boys and girls, young and old

Blend into a daily nightmare

Prayers to escape this prison

They've turned my every day into

I want to be open, soft-hearted

To all those around

But it's so hard to pick out

The kind faces in the crowd

So I'll carry on

Quiet wall-flower

Until I can find my place

In this massive wildfire
