My Adventure

I have always thought about them

Ever since I was very small

They are my friends

They are my enemies

Life has more meaning to them

Than it has with the people here

They are far away

In a place of nightmare and love

I see them in my dreams

Yet they don't come to me

And I don't know where to look

I need them for my escape

To leave this dull dream

To Find reality

And begin what I was meant to do

Far away from here

With the bravest of them all

Against the most cunning of the world

I will begin it all

The stories and songs

That will be told of it

My Adventure.
