Prologue
Sector 47, NYC

The vivid neon lights of the Lower Grounds was enough to illuminate the never ending night as the rain trickled down, off the buildings and onto the dirty streets. Being the wee hours of the morning, the Lower Grounds was silent except for the humming of the machines and the occasional stray dog that scavenged the roads for anything edible. A silver V-8 Bolts stood out against the polluted setting that surrounded it; the engine of the car shutting off after several minutes.

"Nathan, so good of you to finally call. How're you doing?" a voice crackled from the other end.
The man, Nathan, frowned at the other person on the phone as he looked around the area once more. "Cut the bull crap, Mark. Where the hell are you? It's past three and I'm not any richer." he barked.
"Patience, Nathan, patience. You'll get the money as soon as my boys get the goods. You do have the goods, don't you, Nathan?"
"Of course I got them. Two bottles of Zonian and Satieline."
"Good. Good." Mark said as Nathan watched two figures emerge from the shadows of the buildings. "And, Nathan?" the Mark sneered, as Nathan observed the two men in black suits remove something from their coats, something silver shining against the neon signs. Blue eyes widened in shock as a barrage of bullets came soaring through the night air, penetrating the silence.
"Don't ever try to double cross the mob…"
