Speak

I bite into my own skin

Blood filling my mouth

I'm not okay

Bleeding and screaming for eternity

–

I fall into darkness

Feeling the breath escaping my chest

Asking myself will I ever rest

These intrusive thoughts spilling from my mind

This is something I can't hide

–

I only wish they'd hear me

Screaming, pleading

But they wont come seek me out

Until I find a way to step out

Find my voice and just speak
