Oh, my love
my sweet, sweet love
please do not forsake me
I know of your sins,
of your transgressions,
and still I forgive you
because I love you.
But you take my love
and give me scorn
I worship you
yet you neglect me
I smile
and you frown
oh, but if I could just
be that angel of beauty
you doth love
that fair, fair Hermia
she has two loves
but oh, I have none
I am plain, I know
but is not true beauty
within thyself
I have much love to give
but none willing to receive
Demetrius, oh sweet Demetrious
please don't forsake me
I know of your sins
and I forgive you
