I'll pretend I can't cry.- By King Lune

Blue-green eyes blink,

Blank and empty they peer,

For so long, they sink.

But now, there is no fear.

There used to be a scream,

Now there is almost nothing,

There is no pain in this dream,

Only a dull throbbing,

Shaking, shaking,

My vision tilts,

Shaking, not waking,

Blinking no hurt is felt.

Begging, once again, whispers,

Pleading, once again, straining,

Crying, once again, whimpers.

Let me go, once again, breaking.

Blue-green eyes blink,

Broken and full they peer,

For so long, they blink,

But now, it trickles down, a tear.
