On the Back of a Horse
On the back of a horse I find my release
It does not do to run from our woes
But on Beauty's back, I am at ease
On the back of a horse I find comfort
When all else seems to have failed me
Hope, a steady stride does exert
On the back of a horse I can forget
Every reason I've had to weep
For all are lost in our wild duet
On the back of a horse I am free
The wind and the spirit that carries me
We three are one, and light is all I see
