Anger's like a creature
The growl it roars
A creature so tame yet so wild
A creature like a fuse
A fuse that's short
That takes its toll
On contact with flame
A creature pure as snow
Yet black as death
A creature not human in the mind
It can consume its beholder
Like a match stuck onto a rock
A bomb lasting its few seconds
Only one can disassemble the bomb
Or put out the flame
But once put out
Left behind are the embers
Glowing red like its eyes
Withering away into ashes
The ashes grey and emotionless
Grey as its heart
