A blissful silence

What this I hear?

No noise no sound.

Just down sound of my slow beating heart.

I take a deep breath that burns my throat.

I lay frozen in the falling white snow unable to move.

I clutch my stomach as the red flowed.

I close my eyes and listen to the silence.

Oh the blissful silence.

Who would have known that life would end so peacefully
