A girl of age fifty

A crease between her brows

I see

Eyes of loneliness

Searching for someone

Anyone

To Care

Nothing more

I look at her skin

Drained of its youth

Gone by the wind

Where was her happiness?

Nobody knows

Nobody cares.

Is she really a girl?

Why her?

Why anybody?

I look in the mirror
