Part One

Scrambling, fleeing, scared;
crashing, crumbling, breaking.

Looking back;
it's still there.

Frantic looking;
nothing's close.

No escape, safety, hope;
Kill it?

Impossible.

Slinking, slithering slime;
creeping, crawling across the floor.

Broken lights flicker-

Has no eyes;
glares into her soul.-

Sparks are given off-

Has no ears;
hears her heart racing.-

They touch its gelatinous mass-

Has no nose;
smells the terror.-

Black bubbling goo trails behind-

Silent scream emits;
demise getting closer.-

Step back, stumbling, falling!

A noise choked;
out of a horror film.

Silence.

Slurp, gulp, glop;
broken glass, dripping tap, toppled tables.

Slick slimy goo;
leading down the drain.

Horrible stench;
lingers menacingly.

Darkness
