I'm not good at summarizing these. They are darkish and what not.

Sometimes I can feel it

The darkness just closing in

I can feel the coldness

On my skin

But it's more than just that

It's a coldness

That sinks bone deep

To the very core of your being.

Sometimes I feel it

The suffocating silence

Pressing down on my throat;

Weighing down my heart

Sometimes I feel it

The breaking of my heart

I feel it as it cracks and chips away

Every little piece falling

Farther and farther they go.

Sometimes I feel you

Just a ghost of a touch

Just a whisper on the wind

Just the faint smell of you

On the pillow beneath my head
