As your hands gracefully traveled around my waist

and rested your head on my shoulder

I wondered what it meant.

Every time you softly brushed your lips against my skin,

sending chills down my spine

I wondered what it meant.

As you gently caressed my cheeks with your soft touch

I also wondered what it meant.

When you hugged me lovingly and held me close to you.

Making me feel loved and at ease

Still I wondered what it meant

As we embraced each other I felt your soft lips caressing my ear.

It was warm and yet cold as a soothing winter breeze.

You made my heart stop for a few seconds while my head was up in the heavens.

Though deep inside I still wonder what it meant...
