Little lonely girl with the large sad eyes,

why do your tears make the oceans rise?

Your wings are now ashen and torn as you fell from grace,

Now all happiness fled from your face.

They don't understand the pain you feel,

The inner battle you fight is very much real.

They care too much about material beauty and petty things,

To worry about the girl on the edge who lings.

Why do your sorrows make the other Angels cry?

You've always been on your own,

Never really cared it has been all you've known.

But now you had something to loose, something you took years to build,

And now it is lost in the wind like a poppy seed in a field.

As you stand on the rocky cliff of self hatred and depression,

And look at the world and all it's regression.
