When I Write

I Write To Escape.
When I Write,
I Know Nothing But Text.
When I Write,
I Can Let My Feelings Flow.
When I Write,
I Can Finally Let People Know.
When I Write,
The World Is Mine And Mine Alone.
When I Write,
Your Attention I Own.
When I Write,
I Can Be Me.
When I Write,
I'm Not Suspected To Follow the Status Quo.
When I Write,
Those Things I Bury Within Are Ripped From My Soul,
And Onto Paper I Let Them Go.
When I Write,
I Let Go.
