Singularity
Star-slayer. Monster,
eater of planets
nemesis of natural
laws. Holds light against
its dark, knotted heart
in a downward
spiral until it bursts.
Brightest of lights birthed
from a single depression.
I watched too many science shows at 3 in the morning. Somehow a black hole causing a quasar sounded like a great idea. SCIENCE!
