The poem is alike Susan Coolidge's one, Building, but this is different in its entirety. Please enjoy and review!
A knife of emotions stabbing one's heart.
So much it can rip apart.
A wail so painful you fall down to your knees...
The sound carried by the breeze.
They enter your soul, without your knowing,
But still, your soul keeps flowing.
Remembrance of a foggy day,
So much wind, those trees sway,
Your tears roll down as you cry,
Your parents' souls fly above, high.
The sadness kills, The sadness fills
One part of your soul, ever staying for the while;
But as you regain yourself, with a sniff and a smile,
There's still so much for life you'll learn.
Don't let some things burn,
Burn so deep and way so hard,
Your soul was stabbed by another shard.
The days that passed, they went so fast,
A spell you got that time had cast
The tears go away, joys replace in,
A big genuine grin, for the win
Your soul regains back its stature,
Now that you know it is for sure,
Since then again, so much to learn
Your knowledge will still be churned.
When then you meet that dear you long,
Your soul slowly then became so strong
They welcome you happy, A new love, not sappy,
Brave you became, and withstand with no shame,
You fought through with him, or maybe stood with her
Finally, finally, against the roaring thunder.
Another time has arrived. Now it's time your own child strives
Through the forest, like how you once did
Or maybe through the obstacles an easy life hid
Wisdom enters your soul so clear
You welcome it without a fear
At last, at last
Your time is past
And now your soul is finally done
It's time your deeds shine as bright as the sun.
