Oh, how I wish my science class included an exploding-chemical unit...this isn't really about that, though.

A+ A- |
It was definitely a typical explosion.
Yep, it definitely was -
It had plenty of smoke,
Burning rubble,
Dangerous chemicals mixed with all that smoke...
Very much a typical explosion.
Sadly, typical things are not always safe.
So next time, when you must,
Make a nontypical explosion -
The kind that has no smoke
(Most explosions do),
The kind that has no rubble
(It's too hard to clean up,
Which is definitely typical
Of typical explosions);
The kind that has no danger involved -
But then it wouldn't be interesting!
Never mind, go ahead
And make your typical explosions -
If you're dead, you wouldn't
Have to clean anything up.
Other people might have to clean
YOU up, though. (Don't picture that.)
I should know - I've had experience
With that sort of thing.
Yep, I'm a ghost now,
Scaring all the tiny, sensitive children -
Wait, where am I going with this?
Never mind.
My point is - the moral is -
Explosions are normally typical.
