For anyone aware of what's on my profile this will make sense. I wanted to write something today so I decided to dedicate a short, quirky poem about my favourite drink. Enjoy :)

Once upon a rainy day, I looked up to the clouds

I sat and pondered what I could do, and my idea will make you proud.

I had sifted and sorted the options through my head,

I had paced, I had scowled, I made my bed!

Frustrated, I was, that I had naught but a clue,

"Why me?" I had cried, "Oh, what shall I do?"

It finally came to me while I was brushing my hair,

The thought came as a shock, and my brush fell through the air.

I was triumphant, I was overjoyed, it had finally come to me!

So I stated out loud, "I shall make tea."

To the kitchen I hastened,

So much time had been wasted!

There was water to boil, and mugs to be grabbed,

There was tea to bring forth and sugar to be nabbed!

For tea, you must know, is the pinnacle of perfection

It lets you sit quietly, to rest; it's the only suitable action.

Oolong, green, organic, black, I don't care!

For when placed within a mug, why they're the perfect pair.
